Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. As if a guided meditation on savasana, this is a reflective practice with a focus on deeply relaxing the body and mind.
Yoga Nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health.

This gentle treatment acts as an holistic therapy that allows to feels the totality of the body during and after its performance. It can soothe pain and help release emotional and physical stress and tensions that we have been long stored in our bodies.
It takes place laying down on the back on a soft mat. This way it can be performed in cases such as pregnancy or some front body discomforts.
The treatment originates from the ayurvedic tradition of Indian massage and combines a gentle massage in the facial, head, neck and shoulder areas.
It can be performed with or without oils.
It is beneficial to anyone who is experiencing stress, tiredness, emotional difficulties, chronic pain, migraines, sleep problems or for anyone would like to relax and relieve some head tensions.

Massage treatments are a wonderful option to soothe pain and help release emotional and physical stress and tensions that we storage in our bodies.
Combining different manual techniques, yoga stretches and ayurvedic traditions this treatment takes place laying on a soft mat on your back, or on a side if needed. This way it can be performed in cases such as pregnancy or some front body discomforts.
The treatment combines traditional european and thai massage teqniques depending on your needs and wishes. A relaxing massage is indicated to release tensions and rest. Therefore, it can be directed to relax the entire body or centered to a particular area of your body that needs some extra attention such as legs,back, feet or hands.
