Here you can find the different times and days where we meet via Jitsi live stream meetings. Come and explore which one suits you best.
You can choose which dates fit your schedule and register on as many classes as you like, all you have to do is select the days that you prefer! Every Sunday the drop in bookings for the next week will open, but if you wish you can also text me on facebook or send me an email to book you in the class.
Once you register, I receive and review your email to send you the confirmation on how to join a class

Combining dynamic sequences with restful poses and meditations this classes are ideal to develop and improve all in once our coordination, strength and balance skills at the same time as we let the body and the mind find rest at the end of the practice.
