Private Yoga Classes

Everyone walks their own journey on Yoga. 

In a personal yoga class you’ll benefit from personal attention tailored to your specific needs. This will allow you to learn at your own pace and explore your practice in a therapeutic, confidential and safe way. Private instructions can be beneficial for all types of yoga practitioners. Beginners, advanced and with therapeutics needs, you can go consciously deeper in feelings of well being from spending one-on-one time with an experienced yoga teacher.

Similar to personal fitness trainer a private yoga teacher designs a class specific to your needs. These personally tailored instructions give you the opportunity to experience a class designed to your body, your abilities and your goal. Private instruction lets you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace and at a time that is convenient for you. 

 

Working on a private class helps you to create a strong foundation, move out of pain, practice safer, master the postures and ultimately guides you to a better understanding of the practice of yoga.

Who can benefit from a private yoga class?

  • You who are a beginner and want to learn correct postures without getting intimidated or feeling nervous by group setting.

  • You who are advanced practitioner and want to deepen in your physical and mental practice.

  • You who want to deepen your practice and work towards specific goals (e.g. balance, strength, flexibility)​.

  • You who want to adapt the practice accordingly specific conditions (e.g. pregnancy).

  • You who want to adapt the practice to improve or approach health issues ( pregnancy, arthritis, depression, insomnia, trauma) or injuries ( knee, shoulder, back).

  • You who want to build a personal yoga practice to do at home.
